We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- All original tags and protective coverings must remain attached
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom orders of door hardware or architectural specialties made to your specifications
- Opened packaging of bath storage solutions where hygiene is a concern
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Special order lighting with non-standard finishes
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send to: Outlet Casson Store Returns, 220 Roy Alley, Denver, CO 80202, USA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via standard shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges of door knobs, cabinet pulls, or other hardware:

- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (such as wrong finish on your bath mirror or incorrect size of curtain rods):

- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you
